With the Vortec Enclosure coolers

After extensive testing on board the Royal Dutch Navy's frigate Hr.Ms. Van Speijk, the effective use of vortex coolers has been successfully proven. A 727SSBSP Vortex Cooler kept the temperature inside the engine room control cabinet within the required parameters, preventing overheating problems, even in tropical waters. The Royal Navy has introduced more Coolers on several ships.

 

Vortec products like Coolers and Personal Air Conditioners are also extensively used in other maritime applications. For instance on board pipe lay vessels Lorelay, Solitaire and Audacia from the All Seas Group, one of the major offshore pipelay and subsea construction companies in the world.
